  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 big Tater (boiled, peeled and grated)
  • Table salt (as required)
  • 1 Egg (beaten well and mixed with 1 tbsp water)
  • Staff of life crumbs (for blanket)
  • 2-3 tbsp Butter (melted)

Instructions

  • i Launder the crabs.

  • 2 Cook crabs in water with salt and about i tsp peppercorns , boil for 15 minutes.

  • three Remove shell from body role of the crab. Clean and wash the crab shells and keep them aside. (We will use them for the stuffing).

  • 4 Remove all the meat from the crabs.

  • five In a pan, add oil, garlic, greenish chilies and onion. Fry till onion turns soft. Add together turmeric powder.

  • 6 Add the crab meat. Mix well. Add the vinegar and salt as required.

  • 7 Add the grated potato.

  • 8 Mix well and put off the flame. Permit mixture to cool for near xv minutes.

  • 9 Preheat oven for 400 deg F (200 deg C). Oil the within of the crab shells. Stuff the shells generously with the filling.
